Not every customer site is suitable for a swimming pool, and not every style of pool is suitable for every site, so our first priority is to visit you, discuss your requirements and assess the site you have in mind. During this informal meeting, we’ll gain an understanding of your reasons for installing a pool, how you anticipate using it, how important issues such as heating, colour and finish are to you, and we’ll make suggestions regarding its optimum position and design.

Detailed costs enable you to make an informed decision

Once we’ve discussed your brief fully, we’ll provide detailed costs and designs, taking into account everything we’ve learned from our discussions. Then we’ll leave you to make your final decision – mindful that installing a pool is a considered decision that doesn’t benefit from external pressure.

A single point of contact

Depending on the complexity of your project, your pool installation should take between three and six weeks from commencement to you taking your very first dip.

The Pool Shop typically takes on a limited number of projects each year. We do this to ensure that we are able to manage fully all installations from concept to completion. The contractors we use for individual stages of the work are all people we have worked with over the years, and who share our commitment to high quality work, respect for your home, your neighbours and the surrounding area.
